Live Event Painting

The basic live event painting package includes a standard 18”x24” painted canvas, certificate of authenticity, and insured shipping within the US. The service itself entails my arrival to the event 2-3 hours early to scout worksite and coordinate easel set up, power outlets, etc.

Preliminary background painting begins before the event and I paint throughout the event until it’s over or the painting is at a good stopping point. From there, I take your painting back to the studio for final touches, sealing, and signing. You will receive it within 1-2 weeks after the event.

Requires a $1000 deposit to book, and deposit is applied toward total price. Remaining balance is collected at conclusion of the event painting and before shipment.

The Intermediate Package includes everything in Basic as well as the floating frame for your canvas. The painting will be professionally mounted within a floating wood frame with your choice of finish color (black, brown, cherry, gold, mahogany, natural, walnut, white, whitewash, or espresso).

The frame Includes shatter-resistant acrylic glazing and hanging hardware appropriate for size of frame and rigid fiberboard backing protects the artwork.

Pricing reflects the service of framing, cost of the frame, and additional shipping cost by weight.

The Guest Painting Package includes approximately 100 4”x6” original drawing/paintings of event guests (or roughly 4 hours of painting). This service is usually provided in tandem with the basic or intermediate package, but can be a standalone service as well.

The live guest paintings take place at the event with a table setup I provide with clear signage to indicate my service. I take a quick photo of a guest at their request, then paint them in a fast, impressionistic style on 4”x6” 80lb watercolor paper. The paintings are labelled with their name, secured into individual cellophane sleeves, and laid out for guests to retrieve when finished.

This service is great for wedding receptions or other large events as a complementary, interactive gift to guests.

This pricing is subject to change if there are significantly more or less than 100 guests to paint (over or under by 15 people or more), or the event is more than approximately 4 hours. Guest/painting count can be included in the inquiry form for clearer pricing!
